    Our beautifully maintained, fully tiled 2-bedroom condo is your perfect home away from home. Newly furnished in 2017, it features a bright and inviting living space, including large HD Smart TVs in both the living room and the master bedroom for your entertainment.

    Enjoy the convenience of a full-size, fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. Your stay also includes one assigned garage parking space—perfect for your car or bikes.

    The complex offers resort-style amenities including a stunning Olympic-size heated pool, relaxing jacuzzi, a well-equipped fitness room, and lush botanical gardens. Tennis enthusiasts will appreciate the three lighted courts, including one clay court.

    Ideally located next to Smathers Beach on the Atlantic side of Key West, we’re just two miles from Downtown and Mallory Square. Whether you're escaping to Key West for the winter sunshine or soaking in the endless summer, our condo is the ideal spot to relax, unwind, and enjoy island life.

    Elevator Upgrade project taking place from June - September 2026 - Please note there will still be one working elevator in both the East and West building while this project is underway.

Beautiful condo with all the amenities including Olympic size pool overlooking the ocean. The location is ideal for getting to all KeyWest attractions. Can’t wait to return next year!

It was nice having a more homey, private, and secured place to come to after work. The property also had several amenities that I unfortunately was not able to take advantage of but seemed nice. The island is only 2 x 4 miles wide so your close enough to everything without having the noise and traffic of the Duval area. The people I dealt with were very accommodating and the property management friendly and helpful. Was a little big for just me but would be great for a family or group vacation place.
