"The staff was always very kind and helpful. Daily room cleaning if you wish to have it done that often. Hotel in general was very clean. It was really nice to have the option of the pool or the beach to use. Loved the activities the hotel did for the kids - we can Easter weekend so the egg hunt and poolside popsicles were hit. We stayed in a room that did not have a balcony/patio so the ONLY possible complaint I have is that there wasn't much to use in the room to hang wet bathing suits/towels with 4 people. But we had a great time and would highly recommend Casa Marina."

"Hotel pictures online have not been updated to current condition. All room doors are located outside. Gaps under the door which can let bugs in. After checking into our room, my family brought dinner to the room. After about 15 mins our counter and food was covered in ants. Ants were also in the bedroom and bathroom. Made our concern known to the front staff and all we were offered was a refund of the resort fee. Lot of money to pay to stay somewhere that has a bug issue. Will not stay there again. "

"Our family (2 adults, 2 teenagers) had a great stay at this property. The #1 highlight is the cabana and pool area. The cabana is great for relaxing, reading, playing games and getting out of the sun. The outdoor area is completely private thanks to the beautifully landscaped yard. There is plenty of seating and lounges around the pool.Other great features of this property include:-Location: We parked the car and explored the island by foot.-Cleanliness: the house is well very clean-Grill: The grill was immaculately clean and an extra full tank was available-Communication: The property management company was easy to deal with and the check-out procedure has far fewer items than other VRBOs-House is well stocked: The kitchen has all the plates, cups, cooking utensils, pots, and pans you could hope for. There are plenty of pool towels as well.-Comfortable living room furnitureThe one big draw-back of this house is the A/C unit location next to the cabana. When it turns on, you have to raise your voices to have a conversation.Some other slight areas for improvements: -New/more pillows -Nearing time for new mattressOverall, we'd stay here again. If your family loves spending as much time as outdoors as possible, this is the place for you!"

"cute set of mini apartments/studios in a large house bldg...each room has a theme of sorts. The site owner meets you in person & walks you through the property and key west ideas to eat and drink...they can set you up with a boat ride snorkel etc - there are bikes to rent ..we easily biked all over the town. comfortable stay...outside the main busy loud streets so its relatively quiet."

"Ideal location for us, staff was very helpful, shops about 15 minutes walk away, neighborhood is nice and not far at all from the beaches where you can see beautiful sunrises."
