    King in master bedroom with attached full bath ,
    2 twin beds in second with full bath attached,
    Living room with pullout queen sofa bed full bath off living room, dining room, full kitchen fully stocked with dishwasher , balconies off both the kitchen and living room to enjoy the tropical island breezes.

    Property is a small resort of 20 units located on the Florida bay and the cut through to the ocean side for boating. Boat dock space is included.
    You can fish from docks or long private boardwalk on site. Outdoor pool , tennis courts and bean bag toss, hammocks,and gas grills.
    Visit nearby John Pennekamp Underwater park for snorkeling , diving or glass bottom boat rides to see the beautiful fish and reef. Take a drive to Key West. Lots of wonderful restaurants.

Buyer beware

Deceptive, false advertising of unit. Photos all have waterfront views, falsely giving the impression of a waterfront unit. Actual unit has views of highway from one side and parking lot from the other. Unit is sadly outdated, still in the ‘80s. Broken cabinets, moldy brown bathroom. Difficult to contact the owner after she’s been paid in full in advance, and impossible once the true condition of the unit becomes clear.
Stayed 7 nights in Mar 2019
