It boasts a gourmet island kitchen, two distinct dining spaces, and three comfortable lounge areas, both indoor and outdoor. Designed to create endless ocean vista memories. Located inside, a private, gated Kawama Yacht Club Resort & Marina. With access to: 3 pools, 2 tennis courts, a 4.5 acre salt water lagoon with tropical fish. The Jetty extends 1,000 feet into the ocean for fishing and beautiful sunsets. Dockage for boats up to 45 feet. Free use of the Boat Ramp. Free Trailer Parking.
