"I picked this hotel due to its proximity to the airport and free shuttle service. When I arrived I followed the instructions provided and rang the number provided by Novotel to book the free shuttle to the hotel. Unfortunately noone answered dispite trying over 5 times and waiting over 30minutes. "My family loved this hotel, our room (for 4) was spacious and spotless clean. Parking on the site was very easy, and spots available at any time. I appreciate hotel gave us a higher floor room per our request, that makes us more happier. The swimming pool facility and spa (not part of the hotel, but can be used by the hotel guests) looks amazing and we were unlucky we did not try it. "Newly renovated room. Excellent shower and bathroom. The room was very clean and tidy. Comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly. The restaurant and room service were excellent. Carparking is a bit tricky due to renovation works. Overall a great stay. "

"We had a wonderful stay. Check-in was a breeze, with Liam being so friendly and helpful, not to mention the fact that we had been upgraded! The room was gorgeous and we made good use of the bathtub. The only blemish on our stay was the fact that the Chromecast didn’t work, however that wasn’t enough to ruin the trip (by a long way). Will return!"
