Lovely, clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Excellent location with hill walks direct from the property. ##### Dorothy H. Stayed 3 nights in Dec 2024 ### 10/10 Excellent #### John L. 9 Aug 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy Great property with plenty of room for the 6 of us (4 Adults and 2 kids) plus a dog. Good access to A66 and Keswick either by car or foot. Lovely sitting room views of Latrigg. Spacious garden, bathroom and well appointed kitchen. Infact the only negative thing we had to say was the towels are too small. For the men it wasn't an issue for the ladies trying to decide which B they wanted to cover up was highly entertaining for the respective spouse to watch but in the end the only thing that would have improved the property would be proper bath sheets. Would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking to explore and enjoy the beautiful Lake District. ##### John L.
