With a large island and dining table seating eight, it’s great for a banquet at the end of a day full of adventure and sparks a really social atmosphere. The front of the property looks out onto the rooftops of Keswick below, Bassenthwaite Lake and Whinlatter Forest into the Distance whilst being surrounded by the neighbouring fells of Skiddaw, Grisdale Pike & Grasmoor to name but a few. Situated just off Castlerigg Brow, you can easily walk into Keswick town centre and leave the car behind, just a 15-minute stroll into the town centre, less than 1 mile away. Keswick is vibrant with a great outdoor market and plenty of places to eat and drink. Its bustling centre has an abundance of quality restaurants, pubs, independent shops, along with plenty of delis, bakeries, coffee shops and local craft stalls. Famous for its narrow streets and courtyards, this traditional market town is one not to be missed. If you like culture, check out the Theatre by the Lake, with award-winning arts and drama on the banks of Derwentwater, where you can hire a rowing boat. Superficially reasonably clean but really needs a deep clean. Note 4th bedroom is very small single. Very comfortable beds, reasonably well equipped. We would definitely come back ##### Sam D. The views were the highlight of this property. We all appreciated the use of three bathrooms also. It really provided a very comfortable living space when we were not out exploring.One of the bathrooms upstairs still had hairs on floor from previous guests which was not so nice.
