It is a 10/15 min walk to central Keswick. Kitchen was well equipped and good number of bath rooms. Rooms were clean and bedding nice. We really enjoyed our stay at York House. It worked well for 3 generations of family and was so convenient for the Convention. Towels would have been nice even just one in the toilet.
