You can access Fitz Park by the footbridge which is only a minutes’ walk away. This Lakeland cottage has a well equipped modern kitchen and bathroom and is only 400 yards to Keswick town centre and amenities. Please note: There are open, steep, spiral or narrow stairs at the property. The size and facilities of the property met our needs, and Keswick itself is incredibly dog friendly so we were able to eat out for breakfast, lunch and dinner with hardly any compromise. Overall, a lovely stay and highly recommended. We visit the Lakes at least 3 times a year. This cottage is one of the best we have stayed in. A fantastic location for walks from the door, close to the town centre, but also very peaceful. Very dog friendly and Greta Park less than 100 yards from the door for early morning and late night comfort breaks. Kitchen very well equipped and log burner in lounge which is a real bonus.
