Our room was very dirty upon arrival. No wash cloths. No shampoo. Dead bugs like crickets on the floor. Counters had not been wiped clean. Dust on the coffee pot.

It was as expected; reasonable price, comparatively, for the area. Clean. No frills. Just a place to sleep, which was exactly what I wanted.

Towels were dirty. Went to front desk for replacement. Received second set of dirty towels. Showed the dirty towels to the front desk and she said housekeeping forgot to change in the room and did not check the ones at the desk. Finally got 2 clean towels later. Safety issue. The mirror by the bathroom was holding on one screw. Hopefully it doesn’t fall on someones foot. There was a roach and I chased it around the room, finally killing it. Also killed a mosquito. The weather proofing on the door had gaps

When you get a room at a motel, it’s always a craps shoot. This roll of the dice worked in my favor. I am pleased to say that the room was clean, the sheets smelled fresh, the bed was comfortable. All wrapped up in a room for under $80 is even better.

The housekeepers are lazy they don’t clean the rooms I went into a clean room their heads dirty sheets on the bed bathroom was so dirty and I didn’t even touched it. I stayed there for a month and they wanted me to throw away the trash they wanted me to take off the sheets and fix the beds which is unacceptable because I’m paying for this room and room services. This is unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there the racist because I’m black I thought that’s why they did what they did.

There were old cabinets sitting in piles in the lobby, There was supposed to be a complimentary breakfast .The lobby wasn't even open in the morning.The room had small pieces of trash and bugs on the floor.It had not been swept. I had to call down to get the missing plate for the microwave. The shower had soap scum and a piece of toilet paper was hanging off the shower head. The sheets weren't even white anymore, there were couple of hairs also. Noisy outside from people hanging out on the deck upstairs .

The lone housekeeper gets paid 5 dollars per room cleaned instead of an hourly wage snd has to pay to live onsite. This owner needs to be prosecuted and put out of business. He is rude to customers and should not deal with the public

Charge a $20 per fee don’t let you know until you check in and not online. Room was dirty with left over towels from the person before and used soap in the bathroom. Enjoyed the stayed because they are pet friendly and it’s nestled behind some beautiful back woods of the hill country and at the center of everything in Kerrville.

This place has roaches and bed bug infested. We ended up sleeping in are car in the parking lot. Rooms 114 and 115 we checked in late and we payed with credit card and there wasn't anyone available to fix the problem. So if you dont want to take anything extra home avoid this place.i guess you get what you paid for. And there isnt any refunds

Booked thru Expedia, got there at 1am.. tried to check in. Had my three dogs sleeping in truck… she tried to charge me per fee but told her dogs sleeping in truck.. She didn’t want to accept that they were so she proceeded to tell me only one room left that is smoking room. I paid for non-smoking room so asked if I can at least go smell the room.. she said no.. take it or leave it …. Ultimately, I said fine.. will take it then she says to call Expedia and get refund .. not giving us the room. Was close to 2am arguing with her. Rude and inconsiderate. Bottom line, she made up the having only one room and it was smoking because she didn’t want to give us the room thinking we would turn down the smoking room. Terrible place . Stay clear !

Extremely dirty, dead bugs in corner of room, a sucked on candy stuck to dresser, disgusting and huge hair clog in shower, parts of shower breaking off, and pretty sure there's bugs in bed. The couple that owns the place act like you owe them, very rude and lobby usually closed cause they live there and don't answer the door bell.
