size of property: 60m². Melchsee-Frutt at 1920 metres above sea level is a summer and winter sports resort and therefore a paradise for nature lovers in both winter and summer. The car-free hiking and skiing area offers numerous activities. Whether skiing, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and sledging in winter or hiking, climbing, swimming and fishing in summer, there is something for everyone!
The flat is perfectly located in the small mountain village. The hiking trails and ski slopes are right on the doorstep. The cable car, restaurants, the Tutti Frutt shop and Lake Melchsee are also just a few minutes' walk away.
The holiday flat, renovated in 2020, is located on the 1st floor of the Graustock house. It has a bedroom with two bunk beds (sleeps 4) and a spacious living/dining room. In the living area there is a pull-out sofa bed, which offers two additional sleeping places. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, rain shower, washbasin and WC. The well-equipped kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, SodaStream, fondue rechaud and raclette oven with table grill. The balcony is a wonderful place to enjoy the morning sun. There are 4 chairs and a small table.
On the ground floor there is a shoe cupboard and a communal lounge.
In summer, there is a parking space in the underground car park in the basement.
In winter, the car park in the multi-storey car park at the Stöckalp valley station provides direct and quick access to the gondola lift in just a few steps. The winter entrance leads through the underground car park, where the ski/snowboard and sledge parking spaces are also available in the winter months.
