- Upscale newly constructed 3500 square foot , 2 story residential lake house with water-views in virtually every room, dockable pier with fishing off bank, located on a private rustic 3.3 acre lot.
5 total bedrooms , 4 attached bathrooms, and 2 extra sleeping areas. Complete galley kitchen & dining area, laundry room , living room with fireplace, 3 car garage, 2 large upper and lower porches with private access from each bedroom, separate screened porch.
We do not not provide charcoal, firewood or any boat vessels. You can rent them at sunset cove marina!
