What a find. Tucked right in the heart of Chania's old port, this hotel manages to feel grand and intimate at the same time — the building itself is steeped in history and absolutely beautiful, and the rooms are just as stunning as the exterior promises. Every detail has been thought through, and yet nothing feels fussy or overdone.
The staff are what truly made the stay unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home — warm, attentive, and genuinely happy to help with anything. Breakfast was delicious, beautifully presented, and the perfect way to start each morning before stepping out into the port.
Honestly, we couldn't find a single thing to complain about. The location is unbeatable, the property is breathtaking, and the hospitality is the kind you remember long after you've left. We're already dreaming of coming back.
