Really nice hotel, had some refurbishment going on but the hotel staff were excellent. We were looked after really well . It’s in a great location and walking distance to train street which was about 10mins. Would definitely stay here again

We had a great time at the hotel and a staff called Louisa was very friendly and my son loves her so much and he even left her the letter to thank her. We hope she can receive the letter and we hope to stay at this hotel again next time we visit Hanoi.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Experience – Outstanding Hospitality and Exceptional Breakfast Service!
I had a wonderful stay at GRAND HOTEL du LAC Hanoi! The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming, but what truly made my experience memorable was the exceptional hospitality, especially from the breakfast restaurant team.
The breakfast service was absolutely outstanding! Every morning, the restaurant staff greeted guests with warm smiles, genuine kindness, and attentive service. Their professionalism, positive attitudes, and attention to detail made breakfast such a pleasant experience. You can truly feel how much they care about their guests.
I would especially like to recognize Hanna, the manager, for her exceptional professionalism, leadership, and hospitality. She is incredibly attentive, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to making sure every guest feels welcomed and well taken care of. Her outstanding service and the way she leads her team deserve special recognition.
A beautiful hotel is always nice, but it’s the people who make a stay unforgettable. Hanna and the entire breakfast restaurant team are truly an asset to this hotel!
Thank you, Hanna and the wonderful restaurant team, for making my stay so special. You are the reason I would happily return and recommend this hotel to others!
Highly recommended! ❤️

Frequently asked questions
How much does a Kép travel package cost?
Much less than you might think — from as low as £1,318, in fact! By combining hotels, flights and car rentals into a tailor-made package, your Kép escape is just a few clicks away.
If I'm not able to travel, can I cancel my Kép travel package?
We get that life can throw you the odd curveball. If you've booked a Kép travel package and have to cancel or change it, we can help. We recommend checking out our Customer Service Portal first for information. But in general, if you've booked your package in the last 24 hours, you may be able to cancel or change your itinerary at no cost. If it's been more than 24 hours, your airline, hotel or car rental company may impose a fee.
How do I get a cheap travel package to Kép?
You'll save tons of cash if you bundle your car rentals, hotels and flights into a Kép travel package. Sometimes cheap means fewer options. But that's not the case with Expedia. We offer more than 550 airlines and 1,000,000 hotels throughout the world, so you'll always have plenty of options to choose from. Eager to save even more? Add some exciting activities to your package deal and unlock even more bargains! After all, travel is about more than just getting to your destination.
Does Expedia offer Book Now, Pay Later Kép holidays?
Expedia has joined forces with online lender Klarna to make booking your next break easier on your bank balance. Paying by instalment means you can spread the costs of your dream holiday, leaving you with more cash to splash while you're travelling. Klarna has several payment plans to choose from, so you're sure to find something that falls within your budget. Take a look at these flexible payment options:
- Pay monthly holidays: Escape on that dream holiday sooner with Klarna's manageable monthly instalment plans. If paying a little each month works for you, pick this option at checkout.
- Pay in instalments holidays: With this Book Now, Pay Later option, Klarna makes it easy to pay for your trip over multiple transactions.
- Low deposit holidays: When you come across an incredible deal but don't have the full amount yet, Klarna's low deposit holiday plan will help you lock in your escape.
How far in advance should I book my Kép holiday?
It's difficult to pick the ideal time for airfares, but we usually say the earlier, the better. Most international flights on Expedia become available to compare up to a year in advance. If you're booking late, don't stress. Budget prices occasionally appear within a few weeks of departure dates.
What does an Expedia Kép travel package include?
Hotels, flights and a reliable car for all your fun road trip adventures. Simply pick and choose your favourite bundle and get access to incredible deals. Once you've made your booking, add on a couple of sightseeing tours and watch your savings pile up. When it comes to crafting your Kép escape, you're in charge!
What should I know before booking a Kép travel package?
Booking all the parts of your getaway together is a simple way to save. Bundle car rentals, airfares and hotels into one little package. But you're not restricted to hotels. Expedia offers all kinds of properties, including holiday rentals like mountain cabins and city apartments. You've got loads of choices!
Can I choose my airline with a Kép Expedia travel package?
Yes, of course. We have more than 550 partner airlines globally, so fly with the carrier that matches your budget and travel needs.
