The Space: Creekside Hideaway is where farmhouse charm gets a contemporary edit. Sitting under the canopy of a giant oak and towering redwoods, this home has been reimagined as an organic, texture-rich retreat. Step indoors to a space that feels airy and curated. We have fully embraced an "organic contemporary" aesthetic, highlighting the home's natural beauty with white-painted planked walls, warm natural wood floors, and a pitched ceiling with exposed beams. The living room is anchored by an overstuffed sectional, woven jute rugs, and rattan chairs—a perfect blend of style and comfort. The focal point of the room is the white painted brick fireplace; a warm wood mantle perfectly frames the fireplace insert and the TV mounted above, blending cozy warmth with modern entertainment. We designed this space to help you slow down. There is a dedicated reading nook with classic farmhouse windows that swing open to invite the fresh air and sunshine in. Just beside it, you’ll find a vintage-style record player in the cabinet. The best way to enjoy this house? Pick a record, sink into the reading chair, and listen to music mixed with the sound of the creek outside. The kitchen is simple, clean, and delightful. Crisp white cabinets contrast with the views of the outdoors from the kitchen sink. It is stocked for real life, featuring a gas range and design-forward touches like the SMEG drip coffee maker and electric kettle. You can eat at the kitchen table for four, or take your plates outside to the deck. The cottage features three distinct bedrooms, all designed for deep rest.
