Welcome to the Cozy Basement Apartment in the Annapolis Valley  
  
This newly renovated, private apartment-style basement is the perfect home away from home. The unit has its own private entrance located at the back of the house with self check-in via keypad for your convenience.  
  
Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay:

The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a peaceful neighborhood, just a 5-minute walk from Valley Regional Hospital, downtown shops, restaurants, and parks.

We live upstairs with our young children, so we’re nearby if you need anything, but otherwise, you’ll have plenty of space and privacy. This space is especially ideal for professionals and nurses working at the hospital, or anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in the Annapolis Valley.
