This truly stunning home has a fenced in back yard for pets and children, and of course corn hole is provided! The back patio offers a great outdoor space with a gas grill. For those beach days, a beach umbrella, beach chairs, and beach towels are provided! Inside you will find a well equipped kitchen, living room, den, dining room, sunroom, and screened in porch on the first floor! Upstairs you will find all 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. June through September there are window units around the home to provide AC for those breaks from the sun! Maine isn't only known for our summers! This home is the perfect location for Maine's beauty all year-round being just a 10 minute walk to all Christmas Prelude activities!
