It was a lovely apartment with everything you could need (apart from teaspoons, that we just couldn't find - no big deal!).The location was perfect with great views over the large garden and the prestigious golf course. A picturesque walk into town and a useful free car park on the road in, should it be needed. The apartment was well appointed with the most splendid floor to ceiling windows offering great natural light and fabulous sunsets.Everything was comfortable and of good quality and the large outdoor terrace offered great privacy for relaxing.We needed nothing from the Host but she did introduce herself when there so we felt confident of resolving issues should we have any

Lovely stay

Beautiful location central to everything we need for our visit to Granite Point Biddeford area only12 minutes away with the bonus of being 10 minute drive to Dock Sq in Kennebunkport. Loved the private deck and views of the golf course and spacious property. Host was lovely! Looking forward to staying again soon.

Kristen was wonderfully responsive and quickly and creatively solved a too-firm mattress problem. She was very helpful throughout the rental process. The grounds, gardens, and views are gorgeous!

Short and sweet great stay with Kristen!

My boyfriend and enjoyed our stay. The house felt very comfortable, safe and clean. Kristen was very nice and quick to respond via text and through the VRBO app. To note - The location of the house isn’t easily walkable to town so glad we had our car with us (quick 5-10 min drive). I’d stay at Kristen’s again and would reccomend to others!
