Perfect Maine Getaway – Walk to Downtown, Cozy for All - Flexible Cancellation.

Our beach-themed retreat is ideally located just a 10-minute walk from shopping and dining in downtown Kennebunkport. It’s a short 1.5-mile drive to Gooch's, Middle, and Mothers Beach, with a parking pass available for summer stays (June-September). The property is also near Webhannet Golf Course and a 4-minute walk to Hillcrest pitch and putt. Explore the nearby Franciscan Monastery or scenic Bridal Path.

We offer all the comforts of home, including a well-equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with a flat-screen TV and gas fireplace, and ceiling fans throughout. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a new en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom also has a queen bed, and the third has 3 twin beds. A baby pack and play is available.

The property is set on a landscaped grassy corner lot with a new gas grill, patio furniture, and a large outdoor shower for rinsing the salt and sand off. The yard is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or exploring the area. Make sure you cook up some lobsters and steamers the Maine way.

Great location, short walk to Kennebunkport!

We have stayed here several times for Christmas Prelude with my adult children, their significant others, as well as my mom. It’s close enough to walk to Dock Square in Kennebunkport to shop and go out for dinner. We especially enjoyed coming back after being out all day and chatting by the fireplace! We’ll be back again!

We enjoyed a few days at this house sand it gave us plenty of space for our family of five. The property was well stocked, beautifully updated and clean. The boys enjoyed soccer in the side yard and convince to town. Check in and communication with home owner was fantastic. Really Lovely Property

This was the perfect VRBO experience! The property is well maintained, clean, and even better than described. That is a rarity. It has a great Maine theme in its decorating. The furniture, bedding, and linens are comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed. As a bonus, this owner does what every owner should and provided snacks, coffee, and other little touches. Small expenses go a long way to building goodwill and repeat customers! The property is near enough to downtown Kennebunkport to walk and there is an all-day breakfast place within 200 feet. The owner was communicative about check-in and check-out. I appreciate knowing that everything is ready for my stay and what is expected of me during it. There is a well thought out manual about the property and town that seems current. There are two TVs available, but no cable included. You need to plug in your own streaming info. The yard is also lovely and features a BBQ, outdoor dining table, and adirondack chairs. The garage has been converted to another living room space. There is a mini frig and TV in this space and a screen keeps insects out when the garage door is opened. (We loved that touch!) There are two off-street parking spaces included. A beach pass was provided, but not required during our stay. We would recommend this home to anyone without reservation and would stay with them again in a heartbeat.
