It was impeccably clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Coastline was very welcoming and communicated well throughout our stay. There was a beautiful back yard, a bar be que, games, and a very nice television to enjoy. There were even three bicycles which we rode every day! It was just outside of town. A strait shot to the port and Kennebunk Beach. The house had plenty of space, was clean and tastefully decorated. We were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and the kids could ride bikes in the neighborhood safely. Our dogs loved sitting on the deck. The owners were easy to reach and pleasant to communicate with. The house itself was perfect for what we needed, a 3 BR/2 Bath ranch with plenty of space for the 3 of us (2 adults + 1 3 y/o). The deck off the kitchen, grill, fire pit and beach equipment all made this a lovely property to stay in for a week. Recent renovations help make the house feel more modern than its years. Master bedroom is spacious w/large dresser and Roku tv. The master bath is tiny but serviceable with a small walkin shower. Alternatively, the hall bathroom is quite spacious (2 sinks and ample counter) The large, bright kitchen is well equipped w/the necessities (microwave, hand mixer, Crock pot, measuring cups and more). If you use more than salt& peper to season your food, you will need to pack it. Deck has a 4top table and a brand new grill! The basement/lower level serves as a small tv room with 2 couches.
