Stayed 4 nights in Jul 2025 ### 4/10 Poor #### Hazel 17 Jul 2025 Disliked: Property conditions & facilities, communication Internally the property was as photographed however after phoning the first morning to let management know there was a fly issue- some bug spray would be helpful so our food prep would be easier ,there was giant hogweed down the access path making access dangerous for me as a cancer patient as it is a highly toxic plant ...the garden had not had the grass cut in a very long time making it not useable -and no hot water was the icing on the cake ....nothing was rectified they said they would be out to sort it but that never happened for 36 hrs in the case of the hog weed only which they cut back but did not dig out it will regrow very quickly ...the hot water issue never got sorted we boiled kettles of water to get some hot water to wash in ...please be aware that this was a problem during my stay .This is a down stairs flat there is no sound proofing between the flats which was not restful the upstairs flat is also a holiday let .with the same company ...
