He checked with another bus driver to inquire if that was our bus. He went far and above his designated job. Greatly appreciated! "

"MK was rude ,as soon as we walked in. I approached the desk to see if check in was available, before I could get a hello out of my mouth, she said We don't have check in until 3pm. Not Hi, ( this was at 140pm). So we went and sat in your lounge. We happened to go out of the lounge and to our surprise at 230 they were checking people in. The young man that checked us in was wonderful"
