"This property was absolutely gorgeous. The kids had a wonderful time playing on the beach and checking out all of the shops. The candy store was probably their favorite 😁. The beds were comfy, the space was cozy and for the location it was surprisingly quiet. The owners are excellent communicators and you can tell that they put a lot of thought and love into the property. Thanks for a great time with family!"

"The property’s location is ideal, being just a few blocks from the Sea Life Center, close to restaurants, and a 1 mile drive from the glacier cruise area. The house is very old, but we found that to be a fun look back to the past. There was plenty of room for our family, as there is a bunk room with many single beds upstairs, in addition to the two bedrooms on the main floor. The kitchen had plenty of bowls, cups, silverware, etc. Really enjoyed our time here!"

"My friends and I booked the Blueberry Haven to attend a Seward event. The home is lovely, comfortable, and convenient, and was a great retreat for us after a cool and rainy day by the harbor. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and I would definitely recommend a stay here."

"We always love staying in Bear Lake because it's not that far from Seward and we were able to bring our two dogs. The cabin was actually better than the pictures portrayed, and the owner really did think of everything. I was surprised that it was stocked with so much stuff because sometimes you get to your rental place and it's the bare minimum. The property is tucked a little bit back and there is a lot of privacy with a large yard. We got the full Alaska experience, seeing a moose one morning...

"This rental was a perfect getaway! Very quiet location. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was fantastic, especially after a long day fishing in the cold. The television was not working, but the owner made it clear we could contact them with any concerns, we ended up being too tired to really be bothered. I am sure they would have come to our rescue had I contacted them about this issue. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The place worked good. But the listing has the wrong address & the property manager never returned our 3 calls requesting how to put the heat on & what the Wi-Fi code was. We did find the code on a slip of paper by the tv & did get some heat. Also, the text symbol for the property manager does not work. So no texting. The view is great & eventually everything worked."

"If you are looking for a great place the is quite but close to town this is it. We were close enough to town, hiking trails and fishing to enjoy all the amenities yet able to escape the hustle when we were at the house. We had a family of 4 stay here with no problems.
