The location is very central in the heart of Kempten, right on the pedestrian street. The apartment is on the 7th. OG, which you can easily reach by elevator from the underground car park. Living room and bedroom offer a nice view over the city to the north and east. Ideal for business travelers and holidaymakers. The living room The apartment has just been renovated and welcomes you in a high, modern standard. The decor is kept clear and offers everything for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Sehr groß und hell und mega viel Stauraum. Der Whirlpool war das Highlight für unsere Kinder. 😉 Die Wohnung ist super sauber und der Kontakt zur Vermieterin sehr freundlich. Sie ist jederzeit zu erreichen und antwortet sehr schnell. Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von der Altstadt und Einkaufsmeile entfernt. Viele Restaurants und Geschäfte grad um die Ecke. Kempten an sich ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. In 30-45 Minuten Autofahrzeit sind viele Ausflugsziele erreichbar. Die Lage ist optimal an der schönen Altstadt. Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz gehört dazu . Man hat einen schönen Blick über die Dächer. Bei offenem Fenster wäre es etwas laut, aber durch die vorhandene Klimaanlage kann man bei geschlossenem Fenster absolut ruhig schlafen.
