2,600 square feet of living space. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, plus 2 living areas. Comfortably sleeps 6 adults plus a bunkbed and pullout sofa. We are located just a short 60 mile drive from Dallas and from Tyler. Eighty miles from Waco.

The breathtaking waterside lake views make this home a perfect place to leave everything behind and take in the lake life. With two porches, a large backyard, and there are more than enough places for you to relax and enjoy the tranquility of living on a lake.

This spacious 2-story home boasts two full living areas and the kitchen is a home cook's dream. The home is large enough for two families but is intimate enough for just a single family or couple. One of the most amazing and unique features of this home is the huge pecan tree growing through the eaves on the second story. Hence, THE TREEHOUSE ON THE LAKE.

The home is located in a quiet protected cove on the lake.

If you are interested in spending time out of doors, there are two back porches on this house....one on the second floor and one on the first. On the first floor porch we have two dining areas where you can enjoy a meal or your morning coffee.

It's more than likely you will catch glimpses of blue herons, egrets, and other wading birds in addition to cardinals, blue jays, and hummingbirds. If you are lucky, you may even spy one of the resident bald eagles known to soar in the area.

The backyard is huge and equipped with a fire pit for those after dinner s'mores or to warm yourself on a cool evening. Plus, the stargazing is unreal.

The owners are Stacie and Craig, and this is the only property we manage so we are able to offer family friendly service while responding promptly to any inquiries you may have. We live in the DFW area and understand the need to get away and take a break in a safe, serene setting with family and friends. We consider this home a dream house and would love to share it with you.

The home is beautiful. We even saw one of the Bald Eagles and loads of ducks and some squirrels. It was extremely peaceful. We truly enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend it to future travelers.

The house we exactly like the photos which is always what you truly want. We were looking for a peaceful getaway with great views and that is exactly what we got. Stacy was fantastic with communication and her helpfulness. The house had everything we were looking for. A quick tip, Fig's Backyard Grill is perfect for families and is close to the house. The food is good, they have things to occupy kids, and the drinks were reasonably priced. Most importantly the service is friendly and helpful. Their steakhouse which is across the street is a solid place for a date night.

Treehouse on the Lake is a wonderful place for our family. We have made it a tradition to visit relatives in the area to celebrate birthdays and ring in the new year. Since our family lives nearby, we always look for a place to stay in the vicinity, and Treehouse on the Lake was perfect for us. Our family enjoyed having spaces to gather as a whole group and to retreat to individually. The upstairs area was ideal for our daughter, as it provided her with her own living room space that felt almost like a small apartment. The view of the lake was very peaceful, and we are looking forward to returning in the spring with hopes of fishing in the backyard.

Property is very nice , very comfortable. Needs temp hotter on water. There is a step down at front door you cannot see in the dark and another one inside at front door you won’t be ready for if not made aware of in advance. Other than that we loved the home , very spacious, beds were good. We would stay again.

Overall I would give a 7.5 out of 10. It was perfect for us and the lake is beautiful. The layout of the home is great for a family or two families. Landscape needed trimming, and a couple of minor things but we had a great time. I would recommend the house.

We had a great time. There are so many places to sit and unwind. We have a large family and had no problem not being under each others feet. Great large table for playing games. Plenty of shady and sunny spots. We caught fish with our grand children right off the dock. Watched the sunrise with coffee. So relaxing! We would definitely come back!

Our home is under construction nearby and this house has been our favorite. Close proximity to the marina, convenience store and to the lake. Great layout with several seating sections for group breakfasts and dinners. Located in a cul-de-sac and very quiet. You can expect to enjoy your coffee in the morning or an evening cocktail with peace and quiet. We enjoyed watching the family of ducks next door. No loud music or neighbors. You can't go wrong with this place. The 2nd floor is like having another home upstairs with it's own bath, coffee, outdoor balcony and seating. Great place to rent!!

Peaceful, pretty sunrise and sunsets. Bed was hard. No exhaust fan in the kitchen or upstairs bathroom. I think the remodeling process is still ongoing from what I can tell. The fire pit wasn’t usable. It was full of dirt and grass. The front entrance, back patio, upstairs patio and sidewalks was covered in pine ones, pine needles, acorns and pecans. That could’ve been more clean in my opinion. We still enjoyed our weekend and had fun. Was just expecting more from the home from the description on VRBO.
