"A nice stay , good location"

"Purdy Lodge was the perfect base for our 5 day stay in Northumberland. The property is well located, just off the A1. The room was good, given the price. The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly at all times - they have clearly been well trained to be very customer focused. The breakfast options were excellent and the food very tasty and well presented. The evening meal options - on the restaurant and the cafe - were excellent and the meals were very tasty and well presented. Overall, Purdy Lodge was brilliant. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Bailiffgate Hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean. The new refurbishment was excellent and the room had everything you needed for an enjoyable stay. The hotel is situated in a quiet corner of Alnwick overlooking the castle and yet only 5 minutes away from the town centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We shall definitely stay there again."

"Great location for the job i was on, everything i needed and very well priced compared with others around the area, On street parking right outside hotel and never felt worried about leaving van on the street, food was excellent and a local shop within walking distance definitely will return when back in the area"
