- Relax with family/friends at this country-side, peaceful, gated 13-acre vineyard estate located near Clearlake. The property features a 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath residence, 9-acre Cabernet vineyard, gorgeous views of Mt Konocti and pedigree vineyards such as Amber Knolls and Boutique. Enjoy stunning sunrise/sunset views from every corner of the house. The open concept, fully stocked kitchen is a fun gathering place. The Kelseyville downtown, about 5 minutes away, is a small place with excellent drive through coffee shop, several very good restaurants and unique wineries. Clearlake, one of the best bass fishing lakes in America and a water sports heaven, is a quick 10-15 mins drive away.
