The hotel is newer, very clean! Modern design and decor. Only one elevator, with having the breakfast on the 5th floor it ties it up during the early morning. The view from the 5th floor is very nice Parking lot is very tight.

Our room was very clean including the bathroom and fridge .. overall the hotel was quiet except for the odd noise from the rooms above but not unexpected . The breakfast was ok .. bagels were a bit dry and lacking structure but it’s a hotel breakfast . The kitchen was kept clean

Arrival and check in went smooth with pre-check in texts. Room was clean, with hot tub area clean and enjoyable. Breakfast selection was average, with scrambled eggs and sausage. Adding a potato choice and hot sauce would add to this service. Overall, very happy with our stay and plan to stay next time in kelowna.

The staff were amazing. However the room fridge was barely on (it as room temp inside) and you have to pull it fully out to adjust the temp, which in the case was off. There was also no coffee makings in the room. The machine was there but was missing coffee, sugar, stir sticks, everything. Thankfully the wonderful girl working the front desk got a little box together for us to take back and have a coffee. I would consider staying again, however make sure to check room before settling in.
