- Lie in bed listening to the distant roar of the ocean with the incoming tide or enjoy your morning coffee listening to the birdsong. Relaxing rural cottage, 10 minutes off SH1 with views of both the sea and mountains, and surrounding farmland, the perfect place to recharge your batteries. 2 Double bedrooms , lovely kitchen and living areas. 5 minute drive to The Store and 20 minute drive to Ohau Seal Colony. 50 minutes drive to either Blenheim or Kaikoura. Situated amongst mature trees including fruit and nut trees . Please note this property is rurally situated near working farmland.
