Check-in was easy with a key safe for the key. A lovely welcome hamper was most appreciated. The cottage has all you need for a stay and is well equipped. The evenings were a bit chilly but the heaters soon warmed the place up. The upstairs bedroom is fully carpeted with king sized bed. We slept very well! It’s a bit tight getting to the right side though but we managed ok. In the morning you are greeted at the kitchen window by a horse or two! It was great to be able to take our little dog with us but not having a chance to meet Sophie we weren’t sure where the allocated garden area was.
