"We were unable to have shower at all as there was no HOT WATER and once ww approached reception just got an apology. We were there for a wedding and was unable to shower and be fresh. I think we would have been happy if offering somewhere else to clean up but nothing at all. I have stayed in so many hotels over the years and have always been able to have a hot shower "
