The service was excellent. We had dinner at breakfast and the staff were brilliant. Particularly loved the ladies that looked after us at breakfast. The room was clean and very comfortable. The decor is a little tired in places but did not distract from a very pleasant one night stay. Definitely recommend.

We stayed here for two nights whilst touring SW Ireland and the hotel is ideally situated for trips to both the Ring of Kerry and the Ring of Beara. Rooms and en suite bathrooms are of a good size with all the amenities a British traveller would expect - tea/coffee making and a hair dryer. The hotel bar is extremely popular with visitors and locals alike taking advantage of well priced and well cooked dining. My beef and Guinness pie on the first night was well packed with tasty beef. All good, lovely room, food nice in bar - didn’t have time for spa unfortunately

Perfectly positioned hotel to enjoy Kenmare whilst spending time on the Ring of Kerry.

We had a lovely stay it was a beautiful hotel I will be back

We found all the staff in the hotel extremely friendly and helpful. On our arrival a member of staff brought a very welcome cup of tea and slice of cake to our bedroom.

Very comfortable and close to town

This hotel is very welcoming rooms are excellent and breakfast delicious

We were welcomed by Sheila, the co owner who offered tea beside the log fire on our arrival. We shared their lovely home for the booked 2 nights & then stayed an extra one! Breakfast was served by Sean & was at the time requested & of very high standard. On our return after dinner ( at local restaurants) there was an offer of tea or coffee each evening , no matter how late we were. Sean was very helpful & knowledgeable with planning our days out to the Ring of Kerry & evening meals

The hotel was placed above and behind a small pub in the heart of the village. The room was excellent. Spacious and very comfortable.

Can't speak highly enough about this Hotel, we had a lovely room, we ate at the Hotel in the evening and the food was delicious. The kindness of the staff was wonderful, my 13 year old daughter has been bowled away by the loveliness of this place.

Excellent stay at Sheen falls staff were all wonderful amazing stay.

From the moment we entered the hotel and met the concierge, Teddy, until we left three days later we were made to feel special. We were helped each with suggestions of where to visit and what to see. On the first evening after a tiring trip out to Killarney, we found the atmosphere in the adjoining Irish Pub, Jarveys, wonderful and welcoming. The following day it was our 50th Wedding Anniversary and we celebrated with an excellent meal in "The YewTree" restaurant. When the staff found out...
