Everything was just as pictured and described. The grounds are a delight. Lovely lanai, well equipped kitchen, beach/snorkel gear available. The location is in a residential area, 10 minute drive from shopping, 20 minute drive from Hilo. We found it very convenient for visits to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park and east coast attractions. The house has four rental units, with hosts Kepi and Jim living in a separate house on the property. All the other guests we met in our 2-week stay were friendly and considerate people; noise was never an issue. Kepi was tremendously helpful with excellent advice and suggestions. Anyone with mobility concerns should be aware that this unit involves somewhat steep stairs to enter and to reach the bedrooms from the floor with kitchen, living, and bathroom, but there are good handrails and lights on the stairs. We'd be very happy to stay here again.
