  • Welcome to Theros House, our traditional stone home—an authentic Cycladic gem in peaceful Ioulida. Enjoy one of the few houses in Ioulida with car access and private parking. Relax in tranquility and take in the stunning Aegean views from the spacious terrace.



    Traditional architecture ensures coolness and comfort. The 75 m² house accommodates up to 4 guests with two bedrooms, a living room, and a bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen and washing machine make longer stays easy, while air conditioning in the main bedroom keeps you comfortable on warm nights.
