"When we arrived at the hotel the staff were asleep and reception closed. We slept in our car until 8 am when they would check us in. Very poor communication and the cabin had an awful smell to it."

One of the best hotels in the world in my opion. The hotel is luxurious but trendy. Very clean. The staff is ultra-friendly. They made us feel at home right away. The spa facilities are spectacular.

Luxury hotel, close to the main tourist sites and just over the road there's a bunch of good restaurants and bars. Breakfast was really good and Salters the onsite restaurant was also a really good standard.

Clean rooms and the Mountain View room that we stayed was worth waking up to! Breakfast can be improved and apart from the views, there isn’t much to do around the place. Overall 10/10 for the views!
