Ground floor entrance in the main room, dining table, lounge (sofa bz in 160, coffee table, T. V), renovated kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, extractor, fridge, microwave and oven). The toilet is on the ground floor. Upstairs, the bedroom and the shower room with a washing machine. 800 m from Kaysersberg town center, shops, small supermarket and bakery nearby, indoor public pool and 250 m chlorine, restaurants, caterers, .. Private terrace (barbecue, parasol, garden furniture), private parking. Market fruits and vegetables and other local products every Monday morning. Farmers Market on Friday evening in the lower town. Children Park 800 m from the house. Our pavilion is very well located between vineyards and mountains, a very good geographical location for all your visits, your walks, your various activities in summer as in winter. A 400 m from the municipal swimming pool heated with wood and water treated with ozone (1% chlorine) consisting of a large pool of 25 m, a leisure pool, a water slide, a paddling pool indoor and outdoor paddling pool, surrounded by a large park, the chairs on the large terrace in the sun with various games for children, a volleyball, basketball and room to play football ...! For winter: 15 km !! Ski, snowshoes, sleds for young and old, to White Lake Station, night parties on lighted trails, ... At White Lake, also in summer, the trail 'barefoot' is to do! Le gite est décoré joliment avec soin et il est très propre et fonctionnel, tout y est ; nous avons passé de superbes vacances. Régine nous a donné pleins de conseils judicieux de visites, d'événements à pas louper et nous a parlé avec passion de sa région et des vignes, elle nous a d'ailleurs fait visiter, à notre grand plaisir, les vignes de sa famille et déguster du raisin et du vin. La fête ancestrale des ménétriers (PFIFFERDAJ) qu'elle nous a recommandée est fantastique. Les beaux petits villages typiques entourés des vignes sont de très belles découvertes. Le Paysage est de toute beauté et la gastronomie alsacienne délicieuse (attention aux "attrapes touristes", mais si vous suivez les conseils de Régine, vous n'aurez pas de mauvaises surprises). Nous avons également effectuer des randonnées et notamment celle du lac blanc et lac noir, superbe ! Il faudra que nous revenions car 10 jours n'a pas été suffisant pour tout découvrir. Mais surtout l'accueil est parfait et vous fait vous sentir chez vous dès les premières minutes. Les propriétaires ne sont pas avares de renseignements pour vous inviter à découvrir dans les meilleures conditions ce coin d'Alsace et facilité votre installation. Autour de Kaysersberg, c'est un petit coin idéal pour les amoureux de la gastronomie et de la marche. Le vignoble alsacien vous tend les bras, prêt à livrer ses secrets. Archival ### 10/10 Excellent 2 Jul 2010 #### Séjour à Kaysersberg Très bon accueil et bon conseils de visites. Maison confortable et très bien équipée (il ne manque rien). Très bien située pour visiter les principaux lieux touristiques de la région. Avons aimés le Haut-koenigsbourg (vue imprenable sur les vosges et la forêt noire), Ribeauvillé, Riquewihr, Turckheim, Colmar, Le Hohneck, l'écomusé d'Alsace (pour les grands et les petits) et bien sûr Kaysersberg. Superbes balades à faire dans le petit et le Grand Ballon. Encore merci à Régine pour la dégustation de vins d'alsaces à Mittelwihr. Archival ### 10/10 Excellent #### MIRETE 20 Jun 2010 #### séjour alsacien un accueil amical, avec un petit cadeau de bienvenue ça c'est vraiment typique alsacien (un grand MERCI). Des gens charmants, un coin super, des promenades agréables où à chaque détour de la ville on découvre une histoire. L'appartement bien situé et vraiment rien à dire.
