Aucune indication de prudence ne nous a été donnée ni créneau d'arrivée ni que le marché se tiendrait le lundi matin sur ce parking, ce qui nous a valu une amende de stationnement et fort heureusement, évité la fourrière.Le logement n'était pas propre à la hauteur de nos attentes (poussière, toiles d'araignées, punaises , acariens en énorme quantité, matelas sales et fort usé et toile déchirée, double épaisseur de matelas en 140 sur deux lits bateaux de 90 côte à côte et sommiers de basse qualité nous obligeant à écourter notre séjour tant nous avions des douleurs au dos et aux épaules (nous sommes allés à l'hôtel des Remparts de KAYSERSBERG pour une nuit, ce qui nous a permis de récupérer un peu de notre énergie et notre sommeil totalement perdu.La hotte de la cuisine était sans lumière et sans moteur d'aspiration. Pas de couvercle de casserole.Publcité mensongère de l'annonce pour le SPA et les massages.Demande de remboursement de dédommagement formulé par ce message. ![2 matelas de 140 de très basse qualité et usés. Ce matelas était le matelas SUPERIEUR, en contact avec l'alèse et les draps..
