The hotel was outstanding from check in to check out. Only one downside was they never explained to go to guest services to book for the à la carte restuarants which we found out 3 days into our holiday. These were worth the money as the main buffet was just carnage and stressed us out quite a bit. The pool side snack bar was amazing and became our preference for a brunch. All in all an amazing hotel would Highly recommend.

Overall a good experience Multiple power cuts on the last day which was a shame Housekeeping was a little inconsistent one day towels another day nothing etc Kids facilities fantastic Local knowledge was a little sketchy which didn’t help and I would have thought English language would have been reasonably strong considering the amount of British visitors wasn’t the case though Would happily come back overall the small issues were minor
