No breakfast that comes with it. No dinner. Even had to pay for ice and water. To top it all off, they suddenly added this onsen tax that was never mentioned to us on the end of our stay. Put up a sign on the counter that was clearly made THE SAME DAY. I know cause they didn’t have that the night before when we got our car keys. I do not recommend this place. Made us pay so much money just for us to pay a lot more during our stay. 10/10 Excellent #### KOJI 6 Sept 2021 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### スッキリ整理されたホテルです 東京から伊豆をドライブ中に、当日にこのサイトから食事なしの素泊まりで予約致しました。 いつものように、サイトの中で値段と口コミを参考にしながら選びました。 早速10分後にはお電話を頂き、予約内容の確認とと共に、コロナ禍でのホテル周辺のお店の状況なども簡単にご説明くださいました。 事務的ではなく大変自然な対応で好感が持たれました。 チェックインしたところ、なんと68平米も有る素晴らしい部屋でした。決して新しいホテルではありませんが、元の作りが良いのとよく手入れされているので古臭さはありません。 お金さえ出せば新しくてモダンなホテルはいくらでもありますが、コストパフォーマンスは最高でした。 後でわかったのですが、昔は天皇が宿泊されたり、今も将棋の名人戦が行われたりしている由緒あるホテルだそうです。 ##### KOJI 海でのんびりしたくて予約しました。なんといってもダイレクトにビーチに行けるロケーションが便利で良かったです。部屋・浴場からのビューも最高でした。古い建物ですが手入れは行き届いていたと思います。 スタッフの対応がフレンドリーさに欠けるかなと思いました。チェックイン時に清掃方法のリクエスト受付がありましたが、詳細な説明はなく、どこかに書いてもいなかったので連泊の際少し戸惑いました。（タオルを出しておく場所など）清掃受付の書面には部屋にミネラルウォーターがあるとありましたが、受付に確認したところ、置いてないんです、とピシャリ。 ただ滞在中スタッフの方にお会いすることはほぼありませんでしたので、それ以外は特に気にならなかったです。ホスピタリティを求める方ではなく、気軽に素泊まりがお勧めかもしれません。随所にコスト削減が見えたので、またコロナが開けたら手厚いサービスが戻ってくると良いです。 ##### Tomoko Stayed 2 nights in Aug 2021 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Spacious but dated. Has a nice onsen. The location and facilities were terrific. The beach was not rocky at all and we were able to rent an umbrella and boogey board during our stay.
