A gas fireplace and bonus upstairs retreat make this a comfortable stay for up to four guests.



The Space

A two-bedroom home on a single level, on the Kelvin Heights peninsula. The living areas look out to uninterrupted views across the lake and Queenstown Hill.

Bedrooms: Two bedrooms, including a master with ensuite. The second bedroom's TV is currently not operational.

Bathrooms: Two bathrooms. Both bathroom have large walk in shower, vanities, large mirrors and toilets.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, fireplace, Smart TV, and board games.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine.

Two balconies open off the kitchen: one with a private spa and BBQ, the other set up for outdoor dining for six under a canopy & outdoor heating.

Parking: Carport and driveway parking is available for guests; the garage is not for guest use.



Standard configuration:

Master bedroom: 1 King Bed

Second bedroom: 1 Queen Bed.



Guest Access

Guests have full access to the living, dining, kitchen and balcony areas, both bedrooms and bathrooms, and the upstairs retreat.

A locked room off the upstairs hallway is the owner's private storage. This is not to be accessed by guests at any point.



The Neighbourhood

This property is on the Kelvin Heights peninsula, a quiet, exclusive pocket across the bay from central Queenstown with its own golf course and uninterrupted lake and mountain outlooks.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

The driveway is long and steep — take care in winter conditions.

Stairs: 18 steps up from the entrance landing to the main living level. A further 8–12 steps lead up to a small upper room. Three small steps lead down from the lounge to the dining/kitchen area

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

A BBQ can be arranged for NZD $60, covering the gas bottle, BBQ use, and a professional clean afterward.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 4 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
