Beautiful rainforest getaway for Christmas. Huge bed and lovely hot tub. The little terrace was fab for eating and listening to the sounds of the forest. Kitchenette is just the right size for a couples short stay and there was a bottle of bubbly waiting for us on our arrival. Gorgeous, atmospheric cabin with easy access to the beach and restaurants. If you don't want to leave, most local restaurants even deliver straight to your door! Would definitely stay again.

First time in this part of Australia and so glad we picked this resort, suited us so well. Very well laid out, lovely pool area, gym, small games room, vending machines too. We had a 1 bedroom with small kitchen, washing machine and dryer too which was great. 2 washing liquid for machine plus washing up liquid, cloth and pan scourer, tea, coffee etc too, just a really nice touch Next to the beach, we had a sea view from the right side of our balcony. Truly a wonderful stay, quite and relaxed

Wonderful experience. Made very welcome by the hosts and the accommodation was first class - a cottage in the rainforest, which was an amazing experience. Ideal location in the Montville area allowing for lots of things to do and see. Would definitely return

We had a three night stay at the Sebel which proved to be an excellent choice. The apartment was very well equipped and The Sebel at Moochydore is extremely well run with excellent amenities and the Staff are so helpful, friendly, and extremely efficient. GLW (UK)

We were super impressed with the First Light Resort. The cleanliness was a 10/10. The view was amazing, as were the facilities in the unit. The location was excellent, easy walking distance to the beach and shops. There were Covid safe practices in place for using lifts and check in. Hand sanitiser available in public areas. We would highly recommend staying here. Staff very friendly too.
