One of the best hotels I have stayed in in the Baltics. Lovely room. Breakfast wasn’t the usual bland cold buffet but some nice local Delicacies. The hot food looked ok too. It’s in a brilliant location on a long boulevard like the Ramblas or Champs Elysees of they weren’t crap. Also, smart TVs in the rooms, a European hotel that’s moved into the 21st century.

Good comfort and friendly helpful staff. Would recommend this hotel to anyone, and Kaunas is a really nice city to visit

Great location and lovely staff

The Best Western Santakos was an excellent choice for us. Located where the Old Town and the New Town meet, it was perfectly located and both sections of town were easily walkable from the hotel. The rooms were not your typical boxes but interestingly and individually shaped and decorated. All the regular amenities were there. When we pointed out some small problems (lights with missing bulbs etc), but they were quickly fixed. Overall, very good indeed. The Best Western is not the cheapest, but...

Really nice hotel with friendly staff

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay here. Wonderful apartment, immediately got help with check in when it was needed and just friendly staff. Everything was also nice and clean. The apartment was also very conveniently located; near a bus station so everything is easy to get to and near a supermarket.The only thing that people might write critical about is the fact that building was going on right in front of the outside doors, so no parking space on the inside yard.
