Nice location and owner

Nice clean home, split into 3 units with a total of 5 bedrooms and 10 beds. We used all 3 units for 5 colleagues, each with their own room.Small quiet suburb of Kassel, about 15-20 minutes drive into town.Great communication with owner, recommend for families with kids.

Großes Ferienhaus in Kaufungen

Das sehr großzügige Ferienhaus besteht aus 3 separaten Wohnungen, die jeweils eine Küche mit angrenzendem Wohn-und Essbereich haben. Die neuen Bäder sind sehr groß (bis auf das Bad im Soutterain, das ist auch neu aber schmal und länglich) und schick. Die Schlafzimmer sind gemütlich eingerichtet und das Internet funktioniert hervorragend. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es einen Parkplatz, weitere Autos können problemlos an der Straße geparkt werden. Es handelt sich um eine ruhige Wohngegend, Bäcker und Supermarkt sind fußläufig erreichbar. Von Kaufungen aus kann man eine Menge Ausflüge machen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist absolut unkompliziert, bei Fragen antwortet er sehr schnell. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt.
