Pleasant Surprise
I was pleasantly surprised. The room was neat, clean and in good repair. Though it was near a major highway, I did not hear much road noise. There are plenty of restaurants nearby as well. Should I need accommodations in the area in the future I will definitely stay here.

It was absolutely disgusting, dirty sheets, stains everywhere, mold on the pillows, food in crevices, when we told the lady the room was dirty and asked for clean sheets she refused us and said she cleaned the room herself so she “knew it was clean”

It was convenient for our needs. It had a microware and mini-fridge. Did not have a coffee pot, coffee or condiments. The soap dispenser and shower gel dispensers were empty. But, the bed was comfortable.

they didn't even have my reservation. There was a note taped to the door that they wouldn't be back until 7pm. I wanted to check in at 5pm. Terrible communication with hotels.com

great location and very clean with one of the best mattresses and pillow we have slept on at any hotel . the room was a good size with a microwave and refrigerator . the bathroom was a bid small but up to date and did the job just great . we do recommend

Best location in Kaufman. Literally across the highway from Walmart, Whataburger, Burger King, and a very nice Mexican restaurant. Easy access to the highway to get back on the road for our trip.

Rooms were clean and nice. The staff were just barely on the right side of pleasant. Definitely didn't feel like you are welcome there. It seemed more like it was an inconvenience for them to check you in

TERRIBLE
Before this booking I stayed in the same exact room 2 days prior and there was still ice cream and food left in the fridge from the first time I was in the room the sheets still had soy sauce stains on it as if they weren’t washed the bed also wasn’t made up , and when called the office and complained totally ignored my complaint and hung up and charged a damage fee of $15 because I had a random nose bleed on the bed and $10 for a checkout late fee and left my wallet , came ack and they would not give me my wallet until I agreed to pay for the extra charges

A neighbor parked a motorcycle that was leaking fuel next to my car. It took an inordinate amount of time to convince the manager that it was a serious, hazardous situation. On threat of notifying the fire department, he corrected the issue. Also on the third day of my stay, there was no maid service. Clean sheets were just stacked at the foot of the bed.

Love the location! Many places to shop and eat close by. Cleaning staff was there daily to restock and clean. They were very respectful one morning when we slept in, they waited for us to leave rather than waking us up. Check in and out was simple and fast. Bed was comfortable, shower hot and good water pressure.
