Overall the property is nice. The pool and outside seating is very nice. On days 1-3 of our stay we notified to front desk that the air conditioner was not working properly and making loud noises. We were advised someone would go up and check it out. Nothing ever came of it and the loud banging air conditioner continued for the entirety of the our stay. Made it tough to get rest. Staff was friendly and personable. Disappointed at the follow through on the AC will not stay again.

DONT STAY HERE ITS SO UNSAFE!! An employee entered my room in the middle of the night while we were sleeping and stole from us. The scary thing is that my husband had left for a bit and I was alone in our room and the guy that entered our room didn’t know my husband was back so he was expecting me to be alone. It was such a scary experience and the manager, Perla, couldn’t give a care along with her staff member, sofia. I filed a police report and left the hotel asap. Honestly so dissatisfied with how everything was handled. I left traumatized with the image of a random man entering my hotel room in the middle of the night while we were sleeping. Disgusted and creepy and shame on management for the way they handled the situation.

Hello! Thank you for your feedback. We do have a refrigerator in the room, it is in the cabinet near the window. Unfortunately, we do have safes in the room but we have them at the front desk complimentary. Have a great day!

Excellent stay. Staff were great, check-in was smooth, great area. The only issue was with breakfast. On booking 2 breakfast each morning was included but when we went down fir breakfast Saturday we were told it only included 1 breakfast each morning.

A good respite.
Kenny at the front desk was a great help. Close to shopping and different food choices. Some you can even walk to which is nice in Texas.

I am sorry for the confusion about breakfast, The Courtyard brand has The Bistro which only has a made to order menu style breakfast for purchase, we do have rates that include breakfast vouchers which you can use at the Bistro but unfortunately they do have a monetary limit and persons, which mean anything purchased anything over that will have to be paid by guest.
