However, you will have exclusive use of the house during your booking. Perfectly located to enjoy all that the area has to offer. We have no TVs or music etc but, when booking the whole house, you may BYO music system (and kids). Perfect for groups of family and friends, small team getaways, workshops! We are a quiet and peaceful place to stay. Strict noise restrictions apply to full house bookings to respect of our residential location from 10pm. This mainly affects being outside on the deck/verandah, but also transfer from inside that may disturb our neighbours. The owners live separately at the rear of the property and use side path for access. There is an interconnecting door within the house but this is locked. No. 14 was excellent with lots of rooms for sleeping, a great kitchen for cooking for 18 people and dining spaces for sharing the resultant meals. The kitchen is great for big groups and very well appointed with all equipment needed to make individual meals or big group meals. The host was generous with all of the basic breakfast amenities and bathroom essentials provided.
