Due to our flight arriving late, we were stressed and worried about transportation and meals, but the owner personally arranged everything for us — including our taxi, meals after arrival, and even helped organize trips during our stay. That level of care and hospitality is incredibly rare and made us feel truly valued and taken care of. This resort delivers not only luxury and beauty, but heart. We left feeling like family and cannot recommend this place highly enough. If you are looking for a flawless beachfront getaway with world-class hospitality, this is the place to stay. "The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location it offers a nice view and is just a few minutes from the beach. However, the rooms are outdated and fall far short of a 5-star standard. The restaurant is chaotic, with a lack of seating, dirty tables, and repetitive food that is often cold by the time you get to the table. The Albanian bar staff, particularly the manager at the pool bar, are extremely rude and clearly inexperienced. Drinks are charged for after 11 PM ( even for all inclusive guests) Overall, I would not stay at this hotel again. Don’t be fooled by the pictures or pricing it does not match the advertised quality. This hotel is a 3 star hotel not 5 for sure. "
