The management of hotel takes the issue of bedbugs very seriously as the safety and comfort of our guests are our top priority. Hotel employs a comprehensive detection program which maintains the highest levels of vigilance. Our housekeeping and maintenance department perform regular scheduled inspections along with renowned pest control protocol in place for maintaining aesthetic upkeep of the hotel. We apologize for any discomfort from a bite. The minute hotel team was informed, we took immediate action to eliminate the problem. Manager on duty along with our Front Office Manager & Housekeeping in charge went to your room to address the same and room was shifted. Pest control provider was on site within 1 hour of the alleged report and did a thorough inspection of the room along with hotel staff and found no evidence of any stage of a bed bug. Although we have our hotel inspected regularly for any evidence of bed bugs, we also follow up immediately on any guest concern. Rest be assure that we are taking every precaution to protect our guests and their belongings from bed bugs. I have passed your feedback regarding the room cleanliness to our departmental head in housekeeping department and rest assured that we have taken necessary measures to prevent such future occurrence.
