In the hamlet Rogovići 3 km from the centre of Tar, 4 km from the centre of Kaštelir, 13 km from the centre of Poreč, 4 km from the sea, 4 km from the beach. Private: property 1'200 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, hot tub, table tennis, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue (swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking on the premises, single garage. Shop 3 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 3.5 km, pebble beach 4 km, rocky beach 4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
    6-room house 150 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (160 cm, length 190 cm), satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC.
