A perfect stay in Brnobici

After initial inconsistencies during reservation (pictures from wrong villa, wrong address in contract) were sorted out with agency, we spend a great time at villa Roko. The check-in and check-out were uncomplicated. The kitchen was well-equiped and Tatjana (the local contact) was very friedly and helpful in providing us with additional utilities we requested. Sauna, wallbox, wirlpool and pool worked well and there was also space for sports in the outdoor area. A perfect stay for a group of adults/big family.

Glorious residence!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa! Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Unterkunft ist schön eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage ist ruhig und angenehm – mit dem Auto ist man in etwa 15 Minuten am Meer und bei größeren Supermärkten. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert!

Villa Roko Sept 2025

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet, auch die Verarbeitungsqualität der Immobilie ist eher über dem Durchschnitt. Automatisches Hoftor sowie Garagentor, umfangreiche Küchenausstattung mit hochwertigen Elektrogeräten und ein toller Gasgrill mit viel Zubehör! Etwas enttäuschend war die Erkenntnis das die beworbene Sauna über den Sommer nicht in Betrieb ist und die „Bowling-Bahn“ nicht existierte. Etwas Instandsetzungsbedarf besteht tatsächlich auch, da einige Zimmertüren nicht mehr schließen, was für die Akustik in der Nacht etwas abträglich war. Hier wurde sich zwar mit kleinen Sandsäckchen als Türstopper beholfen, diese waren aber teilweise zu leicht und die Türen gingen trotzdem wieder auf. Leider führten einige Pannen dazu dass wir den Wirlpool, der ehrlich gesagt auch etwas sehr abgelegen hinterm Haus platziert ist, nur an zwei Tagen richtig nutzen konnten. Hier wurde aber sofort der Service veranlasst, leider war dieser dann verständlicherweise erst nach dem Wochenende vor Ort. Im großen und Ganzen haben wir (6 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder < 1Jahr) aber eine tolle Zeit gehabt.

Erholung in vollstem Komfort

Dieser Sommer haben wir mit unseren Kindern eine wunderschöne Zeit hier verbracht. Der Pool war definitiv das Highlight für die Kinder, sie konnten stundenlang schwimmen und hatten viel Spaß. Besonders toll war auch das kleine Basketballfeld, das sie begeistert genutzt haben. Für uns Eltern war der Jacuzzi am Abend der perfekte Ort, um nach einem langen Tag zu entspannen, während die Kinder schon im Bett waren. Das Haus war sehr komfortabel und gut ausgestattet, und wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ein Urlaub, den wir auf jeden Fall wiederholen werden!

Ein Ort zum Entspannen

Unsere Gruppe von Freunden hat eine fantastische Zeit in dieser Villa verbracht. Der Außenbereich, besonders die Terrasse mit dem Pool, war einfach atemberaubend. Wir haben den ganzen Tag draußen verbracht, entspannt und die Sonne genossen. Aber auch das Innenraumdesign hat uns beeindruckt – moderne Möbel und ein sehr geschmackvoller Stil. Die Sauna und das kleine Fitnessstudio waren ein weiteres Highlight, ideal für einen erfrischenden Start in den Tag oder ein wenig Entspannung nach einer Runde im Pool. Alles in allem war es der perfekte Ort für unseren Urlaub und wir kommen gerne wieder.
